Tai-jutsu (hand to hand) classes are held at the YMCA, Charter Place, Watford.
Thursdays 7.30pm - 9.00pm. Cost £6.50 per class.

Weapons classes are held at the YMCA Woodlands, College Road, Abbots Langley, Watford every Tuesday 7.15pm
- 8.45pm. Cost £6.50 per class.
Please wear trainers as there are no mats and if the weather is good classes are held outside.
Classes are available to anyone aged 18 years and above.
